Menu buttons only work with first hotbar

Hi iv been using isboxer for a while but i got it working years ago and just used those settings so dont really know the ins and outs of the program
I recently started playing with a new monitor so decided to start fresh and delete the isboxer settings. I can load the game and the four menu bars are in the game but all four are buttons "1 - 12" instead of "alt 1 - alt 12" or or "ctrl 1 - ctrl 12" etc
If anyone can find a soluation, thanks
