WININET.dll missing?

I'm getting this error, only happened when i upgraded to Win 10, the .dll is in the windows folder I can see it.



I uninstall isboxer and reinstall and it works again, until i close the client and want to play D3 again.

Trend Micro seems to be one program causing the issue but it's on and off so I've stopped all background programs and seems to be stable for now. Just FYI incase anyone else gets this issue

Trend Micro is known to not play nice with Inner Space. idk if it is it's heuristic model, or it just does things in a funny way, but at this time, our recommendation would be to use a different AV product.
