locked at 30 fps

how can i change i inner space or isoboxer settings to allow both of my windows to run at 60+ fps? game fps and inner space fps (top left corner) is locked in at 30. my computer can handle much more than that though.

Either the Performance Tab for each slot in a character set, or the CPU strategy wizard also has settings for Foreground/Background FPS.
Once you've set either of those, D3, also has an in game setting.
