-Launch shows no Characters

Hey guys,
after I start the game with the -launch it does not show any char in my accs.
Tried it without the software, it is definitly the "-launch"

Does anyone know this problem?

Actually it is more likely the region is not what you expect it to be. You should make sure the correct region is being set in your game options.
