How to change from EU to US servers ?

Hey,
How can I change from EU to US servers, in D3 ? I know I can do it from the launcher and it works, but the change does not affect the clients opened by isboxer, so I need a method that also affects clients opened by isboxer too.

Is it possible to make a .bat file and jsut double click in order to quickyl switch the regions, then open isboxer and quad-box D3 ? How are you guys doing it ? Thanks in advnace for answers :)

To switch the realm of your D3 [EU/US/Asia] you need to edit your Registry.

The key's path is

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\D3]

You could use 3 different values for the variable [RegionURL].

eu.actual.battle.net
us.actual.battle.net
kr.actual.battle.net

You can easily update your realm with a .reg file and launch D3 afterwards, or use a .bat to update and start at the same time.

So, what are the commands you have to put into your batch files in order to modiffy/change servers from EU to US ?

If by "clients opened by ISBoxer" you mean those that were launched by skipping the launcher altogether, then the option to change your region is in the game's options.

Re: How to change from EU to US servers ?

Thanks :) Just checked and it's indeed in the game options, I just did the hard way with that .reg file. It's easier the way you proposed, it's just i didn't find that option and didn't even knew it existed.

Meanwhile, found a fix. Basically, you create a .reg file with this info and it changes to US:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\D3]
"RegionURL"="us.actual.battle.net"
"AccountName"="yourusername@mail.com"

Replace the yourusername@mail.com with your username.
