d3 not launching correctly

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. I've been trying to troubleshoot this but haven't had any luck. Now I've read through the d3 setup wiki and watched videos on it but for some reason if i try and skip the launcher by following the steps on the wiki, after I've done the configuration through innerspace and created my character set (exported to innerspace). When I launch the game it will launch D3 but the fps and memory usage that usually comes along with the games being started isn't there and it wont launch the remaining 3 accounts. If i go back to the default D3 profile it launches the launcher and if i go into the game from there the fps and memory usage is there but it still wont launch more than one account. I think I'm missing something but I'm not sure what it is. (I've ran 12 accounts of eve-online on it no problem and this is my first real problem I've ran into with ISboxer so I'm not 100% on how to troubleshoot it). Any help would be appreciated!
