Also I forgot to mention that it doesn't show the broadcasting button top left. Just shows the FPS indicator.
It shows FPS, but not Memory right below it? If so, then ISBoxer is
partially running but is likely "crashing" either due to something important being missing, or some strange detail affecting things before it tells the main Inner Space program it's okay to continue launching the team.
The necessary information is probably within the in-game Inner Space console. To find it, configure an "In-game Inner Space console hotkey" in your Character Set in ISBoxer, and press that Hotkey within the game. The problem would likely be described in an error message within this console once you've launched it. As an alternative, you can open the in-game console from the main IS console that you opened, by entering "relay is1 console toggle" (with no quotes).
Without that information my guesses include...
1. The & character in the file path to ISBoxer could potentially be breaking something (this would be reflected in the in-game IS console as noted above)
2. If this is not a clean installation of ISBoxer, it could potentially be breaking from a missing custom XML menu or such (this would also be reflected in the in-game IS console), though I'm pretty sure that issue was resolved around the ISBoxer 41 beta
.. that's my obvious guesses I guess. Get me the in-game IS console info
