FPS drops, 2 chars, G74Sx

Hey everyone, i am quite new at multiboxing, and i have run into some trouble, when i play my 2 barbarians, farming fields of misery. The FPS drops rapidly, whenever the mobs die (explode). Anyway, i have used "Open Hardware Monitor" to see whats going on, and i believe its my GPU core, being at 99% sometimes, but i also think, i should be able to multibox 2 characters, on my setup, as i've heard of, and read about a few others with the same laptop as i am using.

I have already set all in-game settings to the lowest possible (except resolution, i'm using "Windowed (Fullscreen)".
I have also made sure that my power settings are at the highest possible, using "Power4Gear High Performance".
I am also using a 2nd monitor, monitoring one on main screen, and a small window on my 2nd screen, with my second character.
My CPU strategy is:
"Select all CPUs with every window (HyperThreading) (FPS 30/30) (slots per core 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2) (cores per slot 8/8)"

EDIT: It's definitely my GPU, as i can pay at 800x600, but its pretty much impossible to read any text all in game, with that resolution, anything i can do to make it better?

I'm not sure what to do from here, so if anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
