PATCH 1.0.8 - 4 x WIZARD OP BUILD

Zup guys, just wanted input on a viable (cheap) arcane setup for 1.0.8. Also, a setup for each account to hopefully compliment each wizard. Though I dont know if buffs can stack on wizard, something close to it. Will begin making characters atm, but any wise wizard builders input is greatly appreciated.
