diablo 3 boots i login then instant crash

so i just got this all setup from following the guide. i been reading on and on and my issue is a little different. i can get both to boot "yes i own 2 accounts" but the moment i type my password in the game crashes. any idea where to began to look i already lost 1 day on my trail i would really love to get this working once i do i know ill buy. thank you in advance
