An Unexpected error at the install

I have tried everything to get this fixed. I am new to this service and don't quite get what I need to do after a patch from D3. I can load one copy fine but it gets stuck at initializing and then errors when trying to open more copies. Thanks here is the paste.

It's normal that each D3 instances takes awhile to load the first time you launch a team on a computer (and possibly after a patch) -- This is stated in the D3 Quick Start Guide: http://isboxer.com/wiki/D3:Quick_Start_Guide

You say you're getting errors, though... Knowing what those errors are might help solve the mystery.

Ok I was able to fix the problem by deleting the Agent folder, looks like my folder was corrupt.
