Need some tips to impove my preformence

Hey all
Need some help im realy new at this and play 2 monks but its lagg alot. I have a 50/50 internet connection so its not there the problem is

I know the picture are not the best but hope its okay

When i run with my monks the 2. account are alot behind the other and some times its overrule the other and laggs alot
trying the old trick from wow with a latency fix but its not helping here
I have readed the howto tweak youre framrate
and rund the windows in highpreformence mode

Uncheck the game's FPS limiter options. Locking your background window to 8 FPS is probably contributing to the problem, it may not be able to keep up with your main window.
