Mouse pointer delay, Text all chewed up, Resolution mess and

Hello! first time boxing here Dual boxing diablo 3 and still leveling, My dillema is im having some issue's on the mouse pointer, First, when i point my mouse on a location in game it doesnt align with the second window its like a few MM/CM behind, Second is my resolution is all choppy and cannot read the texts its like all crunched up/compressed, I have the resolution set to full screen mode of 1280x720 wide screen 16:19 both windows. and nothing is resolved. then my slave wont stack up with me and always get desynched specially when attacking and moving. My computer specs are as follows. Gigabyte Motherboard, q6600 quadcore processor, 6gb memory, Nvidia geforce gt240.
