"Tearing" could mean a few different things and ISBoxer turns off VSync by default, so you might be referring to "screen tearing"? This can be remedied by turning off ISBoxer's VSync "block" in your Character Set settings.
As for the random text... I have no idea, but all-in-all It almost sounds as if your video card is acting up when you put it under stress (which is what multiboxing does well). I would suggest downloading Unigine Heaven, maxing out the settings in it, and letting it loop 5-10 times while you watch it and see if the tearing and random text return.
Also, if your card is overclocked in anyway it could very well be unstable when pushed hard enough (e.g. during multiboxing). If that's the case then return the GPU to stock settings and see if you can reproduce the glitching.
Did you build this machine yourself? What PSU does this machine have in it?

marshboxer wrote:well i havent tested this on an ati card but ive tried a lot of drivers...and even on a 570 vs a 670
the thing i found helped most is:
turn off all the frame limiting in isboxer and innerspace.
untick "disable vertical sync" in isboxer
turn off frame limiting in d3
turn on vsync in d3...
it just seems like the d3 ingame vsync behaves well with isboxer.
MiRai wrote:Having tested out D3 last night, I will say that I see the same behavior on my GTX 580. As mentioned later in the thread, it's definitely not tearing, but more of a flicker of random clients at random times -- It even gets recorded in my FRAPS footage - Pic.
