Friend cannot get windows to swap..help please

I just got my friend hooked on this software as it's so damn good, and I gave him my 2 config files needed to start boxing in D3. The problem is, he is using the exact same setup as I am but when he presses the same hotkey I have set up for swapping between my two windows, it does not work at all for him. I made absolutely sure he was pushing the same exact key I use and it didn't work. I even got him to change the keys in the options to a different key and it still did not work.

Other than telling him and helping him start with a fresh config of his own, is there any obvious reason I'm missing why this isn't working for him? He was having other issues too but window swapping is the most important since we play hardcore.

Update: figured it out for him. Well it's more of a work around than anything else. I went to character sets in the bottom left window and had him make an alternate hotkey for switching to that character. It's one more keypress than should be necessary since he has to use two different keys to switch back and forth, but at least we got it working.

What keys are you using? It could be a Windows keyboard language issue for example.

It may also be helpful to share your ISBoxer configuration for better support.

Thanks a lot Alge, I never even considered the KB language problem. I bet that is what is causing it. I'll work with him some more today and try to figure things out. Mucho thanks.
