Diablo III setup has stopped working

Hey folks,
Trying to dualbox on one PC running Win8 pro. Performed a setup and exported to Innerspace. When I launch from Innerspace I get "Diablo III setup has stopped working". I followed the basic instructions by Lax and looked at a few guides.
The game runs ok by itself with both accounts tested separately.
I'm trying to be brief but feel free to ask for anything further and thnx in advance

Maybe you are launching the launcher and not the game exe itself?

I had quit Innerspace and the Toolkit and played my main as normal. Today I started the game from the Innerspace icon and now it works with no errors!
The only thing I did differently was yesterday I had run the Game using "Diablo 3 - Skip Launcher", but no go. Since it works now I'll just leave well enough alone
