Game crashes at startUP

Hi. Im trying to launch diablo 3 from isboxer or from inner space but it crashes before start without any message just default error windows window.

I can play diablo 3 without any problems.

If i delete diablo configuration file i can start diablo3 from inner space via diablo3 launcer.exe, if i try to run it from isboxer it crashes.

There is no diablodebug log generated with this crash.

i found some more information:

it crahses if bnetupdater is searching for updates before launer start. if there is no updater window then no crash when i press play button
