Can't find character when launching from D3

I have one account that when I launch the D3 to play single player mode instead of boxing, I can't find the list of characters.

I have no problem when I launch from ISBoxer, the whole list of characters being display for my selection.

How do I solve this problem?

If the problem doesn't show up with ISBoxer, I'd suggest you contact Blizz tech support. SOmeone else may weigh in with a better answer.

First thing that comes to mind is that you might be playing in a different region when not using ISBoxer? With different characters?

I went to log in my D3 and check the region....omg, the setting is in Asia region. Thank you Lax.

I can't remember when I set the region to Asia region.Hmm.
