Re: Can I multibox it?

Go to your Start Menu -> search for run -> execute the run command -> type in "dxdiag" -> Click save all information in the next window -> save that text file.

Then load it up to Privatepaste per the instructions at the link below:
viewtopic.php?f=40&t=13

Post the privatepaste link for your file back in this thread so we can look it over.

Re: Can I multibox it?

You may be out of luck sadly. Your processor is okay, but you only have an integrated Intel chip for graphics. So your system does not have any dedicated graphics card according to that dxdiag.

There are some things you can try though.

Make the following settings changes in the game:
- Turn on Vysnc
- Set Max Foreground FPS to 30
- Turn on the Low FX setting
- Disable Shadows and ground clutter if possible
- Disable Anti-Aliasing
- Set textures, particle effects, and any other setting to its lowest value if possible

If none of that improves anything or you have already tried it all there are still some things you can try.

First try this:
Try turning off as many programs as you can manage. Since you have integrated graphics it is using your system memory as graphics memory. You want as few programs as possible running in the background while you are playing the game. So be sure to turn off anything that isn't necessary.

Second
Disable graphics intensive desktop features like Aero.
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows- ... ows-vista/

Finally try this:
Change your Power settings so your CPU doesn't throttle.
http://isboxer.com/index.php/guides/79- ... throttling

That may not work since the Lenovo x220's can have issues with throttling even with the power setting changed. So try this:
http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/X-Series-Th ... d-p/428879

I didn't read all the way through it, but the general idea is that you may to disable intel speedstep in the bios. If you can't get to it in the bios you may have to download a Bios update for your model and flash it. You should be able to find instructions for this procedure on Lenovo's support page for your model.

I put those above options in the order of easiest to try first. Maybe that way the first thing you try works you don't have to go on to the more difficult and lengthy options.

I hope one of those options works for you. Goodluck!

FYI, if you disable Aero, the VideoFX features won't work.

I don't use them anyway as far as I know. Still in his situation he will need to try everything he can. Was just giving him as many options I could come up with.

Re: Can I multibox it?

I've been thinking of using videoFX as an alternative to the 4 corners setup because of my unreadable text issue. Something to keep a look out for loot and pick it up. I didn't get a chance to try it out during open beta unfortunately, but I'll give it a go after launch and share it if it works out.

Re: Can I multibox it?

I must be lucky in the sense that I don't have an issue with text.

I run fullscreen as the text is clearer for me in fullscreen and each of my windows are at 1280x768 on a 2560x1600 30 in. monitor.
