You may be out of luck sadly. Your processor is okay, but you only have an integrated Intel chip for graphics. So your system does not have any dedicated graphics card according to that dxdiag.
There are some things you can try though.
Make the following settings changes in the game:
- Turn on Vysnc
- Set Max Foreground FPS to 30
- Turn on the Low FX setting
- Disable Shadows and ground clutter if possible
- Disable Anti-Aliasing
- Set textures, particle effects, and any other setting to its lowest value if possible
If none of that improves anything or you have already tried it all there are still some things you can try.
First try this:
Try turning off as many programs as you can manage. Since you have integrated graphics it is using your system memory as graphics memory. You want as few programs as possible running in the background while you are playing the game. So be sure to turn off anything that isn't necessary.
Second
Disable graphics intensive desktop features like Aero.

Change your Power settings so your CPU doesn't throttle.
http://isboxer.com/index.php/guides/79- ... throttlingThat may not work since the Lenovo x220's can have issues with throttling even with the power setting changed. So try this:
http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/X-Series-Th ... d-p/428879I didn't read all the way through it, but the general idea is that you may to disable intel speedstep in the bios. If you can't get to it in the bios you may have to download a Bios update for your model and flash it. You should be able to find instructions for this procedure on Lenovo's support page for your model.
I put those above options in the order of easiest to try first. Maybe that way the first thing you try works you don't have to go on to the more difficult and lengthy options.
I hope one of those options works for you. Goodluck!
