Couple other things to try:

From a fresh reboot, close any non-essential services (what these are, you may have to experiment with).
Scan PC for malware. Make sure you don't a Bitcoin miner using your GPU.
Pause/Stop Antivirus/AntiMalware Live Scans.

If it worked for 2 days, for extended (> 1h) play times, then something you've done has changed between then and now.

You could always format and start over, I guess. Your video card is a lot better than mine, and I run multiple instances fine, so it's software/OS related.

Microsoft Security Essentials is not a very reliable scanning tool. I recommend MalwareBytes for malware and either Avast or Avira for Virii (they are 2 different threats).

Also, always scan for Malware (w/MalwareBytes) in Safe Mode (assuming you use windows).

I had actually viruses on my computer.
My game works well, I was able to play longer that usually. I hope that is going to last.
I increase the fps to 60 and it works great

For your intended purposes, quarantine and deletion are the same: The virus is ineffective.

People quarantine things to study them. If you don't need to do this, you can delete it.

As a general rule, you should run your browser in a sandbox/VM and if you download warez, you should also always run them from a sandbox/VM.
