Bnet launcher keeps poping up for an update

Every 10-20 minutes bnet launcher pops up and says it needs an update. This only happens when i am running isoboxer. There is no update and im at the latest version. Its been happening for weeks now. I end up dying everytime it pops up because it minimizes all 4 of my games and pauses for a few seconds. I need to know how to stop this. Also my 4th window always crashes as well. Please help me fix these issues asap.

Have you tried closing the launcher?

Crashes come with crash reports (which you should provide). You can also check to see if you're pushing your system too far.
