HC Multiboxers?

Who else is running a multibox for HC D3?

I currently run a strafe build on DHs, but im looking for alternate builds and wondering what people run on hardcore with their setups and difficulty levels.

Im only able to do Master right now with my 3x DH setup.

Re: HC Multiboxers?

I just bought isboxer yesterday and am planning a 4 man HC team. I am in the process of figuring out the team I want to run. I play a WD and the purpose of getting a multiboxing setup is to farm more loot for my WD, so I am thinking about running monk and 3x WD.

I was debating a WD team myself but I dont play them anymore (only at retail did I ever) so im not sure on specs or anything like that. Sounds fun though! What type of builds are you planning to run?

Re: HC Multiboxers?

not sure, I actually just made a post asking for peoples opinions.

I like the idea of a health globe party where I use dogs with final gift and then sacrifice. I think in ROS you can get dog summon CD down pretty low, but they really nerfed sacrifice damage so I am not sure as to the long term viability. I like the idea of a globes build because of the items that support it. The bracers off of Malthael, the weapon the gives you more globes, the neck that gives more globes, and the belt that explodes for 300% weapon dmg each time a globe is collected. I would have one WD running with ToTD and max radius in order to gather globes for the whole team passively.

Thats kind of my idea so far, but we will see.

Re: HC Multiboxers?

I have the same setup on HC than the one on SC (see other thread). It consists in 1xBarbarian, 2xWizards, 1xMonk. The team is still level 60 (Paragon 30) tho. I'll level them later.

The idea is, instead of kiting, with a team like this I can just be sitting ducks in the middle of elite's area damage and AoE dps. I have so much buffs and regen that I don't even get hurt. The only affixes I need to be careful with, for obvious reasons, are "fear", "knockback" and "Wormhole"... And to a lesser extend, "Arcane Enchanted".
