It's well see when I click to move - main slot start move, but 3 others starts moving after ~1 sec.
This is completely and 100% unrelated to your CPU or GPU. You need to remember that this is not a LAN game, you are playing the game on Blizzard servers. The "slow sync" you are seeing is related only to your network path to and from the game server. When you move, you send a message to the game saying "hey, I'm moving". The other players (i.e. your main window!) get notified of the movement by the server. If you have all of your game windows visible, then you should actually watch each window because it is there that you will see their true movement. What you
see on the main screen -- the location and speed of different players -- may be different than on their own screen!
If you happen to make a new demo video to discuss this, capture all 4 windows next to each other

I see streamers like Pokey running 4 barbs and they all move at the same time. They never go out of sync on running around.
I went to his youtube to find a multiboxnig video that shows it. Here you go:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amp3ZAA2iRcNote that just like you you guys, his other guys on this one screen have a delay. And they desync within the first 20 seconds of the video! He collects his guys against geometry at about 18 seconds in.
If his "delay" is different than yours, it is because of the difference in connection from your PC to the game server and back, vs his PC to the game server and back.
However, my guys always have a lag where they are running behind me. And lately it seems that one will lag a couple steps behind the group even further and sometimes warp back. Not sure whats going on
