Cursors not lining up throughout windows.

I am not sure exactly why this is happening though i find that My Lead character cursor is about 5mm out of sync than my Clones. all window aspects are the same i have gone over everything but i just cannot for the life of me figure out why my cursors are not in the exact same spot when i switch screens.

1) Is there a (MUST) window layout i should have as i have gone over many layouts and the cursors always seem to be about 5mm out of sync to the Lead character.

i have the latest inner space download, and i have gone step by step through trouble shooting. this is my last resort any help would be great

P.S to update : I see when i swap screen to screen on the same monitor, my clone screens seem to be stretched and not the same ratio as my Main screen.
update : I have been going through more things, I have fixed the stretched problem, i found that i must swap to Windowed mode, then back to Window mode (Fullscreen) to fix the stretch problem for all clone screens. is there a way to fix this?

This Window Layout features stacked windows with no border, the size of the full screen, on \\.\DISPLAY1. Swapping disabled. Leaves space for the Windows taskbar. This style is great in conjunction with Video FX to see parts of, or all of, the other windows.

I was having this issue as well until you realize you should actually read the sticky post... you need to go to each window and set them each to fullscreen windowed
