Need help setting up mouse configuring

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem I have in regards to setting up IS-Boxer for Diablo 3.
Everything except this problem is already pre-configured & running well, but I can’t seem to setup the mouse so I don’t have to click, click, click & click just to use my spells or to move around with my toon throughout the map.
can I somehow set this up so I can just hold down my mouse click button to move around or spam my spells?

So sorry in advanced if this question is already been answered I couldn't find it

Someone came into the ISBoxer Chat Room the other day and reported that this feature in Diablo 3 was not working correctly for them under Inner Space, if their mouse was set to left-handed mode in Windows (buttons swapped). If this sounds like it applies to you, then the obvious temporary workaround is to set your mouse to right-handed mode in Windows, and I will be looking into correcting the issue as soon as possible.

If the above does not apply to you, is this working for you the same with ISBoxer as without?
