My multibox isn't loading more than 1 game copy

I've been using multibox for around 2 weeks now and haven't had any problems but last night diablo 3 had a game maintenance that has somehow effected my innerspace it seams to the point where it will load the first game fine but than when the battle.net app opens up to launch the 2ed client it says "now playing - game is running" and does not give me the option to open a 2/3/4 copy of my game i've tried creating a new wizard and exported it to inner space and reinstalled everything and re-downloaded it all but i'm still getting the same problem. i know it's still compatible with diablo 3 because i've seen people on twitch still doing it . if anyone could give me some info about why this is happening or how to fix it that would be a big help

It's a known issue and Lax is attempting to fix it now. In the meantime, you can just skip the launcher and point Inner Space at Diablo III.exe instead. If you already have a "Skip Launcher" profile, then you can point your Characters to it in ISBoxer (upper left pane > Characters > lower right pane > change game profile) and then export.

The issue with the latest Battle.net update is corrected by Inner Space build 5998, which is now live. Close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up, and you should be good to go
