Just started D3. Sync issue

Hello, I watched the video where it mentioned to hold mouse instead of clicking, and hold shift to attack. I do these naturally anyways, but it seems like my second character (iam running 2), staggers on the first screen and falls behind. This does not happen on the second screen. Anyone know whats up? He keeps falling out of sync every 20 sec or so :(

I tried switching screens, but it seems like the character I am not controlling keeps staggering as he walks and eventually falls behind.
Thanks!

Edit: Also my game resolution is the same in every window and have the same forground/background fps. As well movement speed on both characters are the same. Also I am in windowed fullscreen
Ediot: I just changed some settings and restarted my character set and now its fixed, any idea to what may cause this for future reference? I tried changing the settings in the CPU wizard to round robin or something like that, but everytime I exited it would reset it back to the costume, why is this? I am using i5-4570k and I wanna do hyperthreading

It's exactly as you said: Resolution / Movement Speed / FPS / Attack Speed

Whenever you bring up the CPU Strategy Wizard it doesn't show you what is currently set, it just shows the default settings. If you want to see whether or not the CPU Strategy Wizard is doing it's job then you can look under the Performance tab of each Slot of your Character Set.
