Diablo 3 new limit of 3 accounts in EULA. WTH?

Just to confirm, someone else independently reported receiving information from Blizzard's Legal team saying...

The restriction is related to Battle.net ((Balance)), and that the text in the EULA will be revised in the future such that players may only have Battle.net Balance on no more than three accounts, but there will not be a restriction in the EULA on how many accounts a player can have.

No worries on 4 battle.net accounts.

I opened a ticket with Blizzard and got the following response

Just to follow up on this. Got information from our Legal team that is only referencing battle.net balance, which you can only have active on up to 3 accounts. This will not affect you in any way. =)

Interesting. I opened a ticket and they told me that I needed to contact legal because it was not a game issue. I emailed legal almost two months ago and they have NOT responded yet. I don't think they care as long as you are a good citizen. Don't make people mad and don't draw too much attention to yourself, unless you are streaming with lots of viewers in which case they will give you beta access...
