FPS DROP HELP !

Hello , everything works fine i play 4 chars and after some time and my videocard usage is like 70% and in intence battles 100% and i got average like 24FPS on all 4 screens BUT after some time my videcard got 100% even if i do nothing and just stay with my 4 chars... and fps drops to 12fps in out of combst and 2-3 fps in Combat. The way to fix this is to restart the PC.. even if i quit all the diablos and start them again the problem STAYS the only fix is to restart the PC ... Like something is abusing my videocard... like some bug may be in the ISboxer or innerspace or in Diablo.. ??? my Videocard is GTX460 with last drivers. Some help will be greatly apriciated I was thinking may be a program that can restart the videodriver w/o the need of restarting the PC may help ? but i dident find any.

Do you watch the movie after the boss fight?

I use to get what you have experience but I always press esc key to skip those movie. Also, after I transfer the D3 program to a SSD it solve the problem. Hope this help.

I skip the movies and talks between the fights.. This problem happens after some time when i play it caps the videocart usage to 100%.. even in non-intanse situations like in AH :/ i got like 4-6 FPS in the main menu in AH... with all the 4 chars.. the only way to fix it is to restart the PC (restarting the 4 games is not solving the problem) wich leads me to the conclusion that something either in Diablo or in the Innerspace/Isboxer meses with the videodriver and the video usage is 100% constant no matter what

What's your CPU usage when this happens. I had an issue where the wacom tablet drivers where spiking my CPU and causing my fps to drop to almost nothing - so I had to disable the tablet service in Windows 8 - with the wacom drivers. I guess it interfered with isboxer somehow - but it slowed everything down big time.

Is your Hard disk almost full?

Is your graphic card driver the latest version?

When this happens my CPU is usesd as normal. And yes i have all the latest drivers. Something starts using extra GPU at some point and it wont stops ! even when i quit the 4 diablos and start them again the GPU is still 100% used even in the Main menu like i sayed the only way to fix this is to restart the PC.... then start the 4 diablos and then i have the normal GPU usage in menus/AH 50-60%...
