Low FPS on 4 multibox in DIABLO 3

Hi there, so im using 4 multibox Barbarians
I got really huge problem with my FPS in game, first of all i will list my setup:

AMD Phenom II x4 3,5 GHz
12 GB RAM DDR 3
GTX 460 1 GB (i tested GTX 660, but still no difference in FPS)
SSD Vertex 4 (on this disc i installed Diablo and all other stuff - a lot of free space )

My game setup is all on low as i can do. About my CPU when i use 4 box it's 100 %, graphics card is under 100 % so its ok. When i make 3 box CPU is like 60-70 %.
I play in 1680x1050, cpu strategy is all cores for all games, i tested several times diffrent options, but without any efficiency.
I use 1 monitor so maybe here is my main problem. I use layout wizard and make all windows on my monitor to be stacked. Basically i got 4 windows of games in 1680x1050. Game settings is fullscreen windowed. I think its the problem, and solution will be to make smaller other 3 accounts, and when i want to switch to one of them, they will auto resize to 1680x1050 native resolutoin. It is possible to make smaller other 3 multibox, they are basically stacked into my main acc all with 1680x1050 resolution display.

About fps i set it to 25 backgroung, 35 foreground (tested many times diffrent option, but still my fps is low). In game on main screen when i fight with monster i got 15-20 fps. All drivers all new, dunno what im doing wrong. My CPU should handle this, but my configuration kinda sucks with this 4 window stacked. When i make on 3 acc lower resolution my mouse doesnt excatly copy my move - its like didnt scale to my main window

Set all CPU to every client and reduce the resoltuion on three clients to lowest... thats how i got it working nicely. maily played a bit with CPU core management to get it working...

Yea, but how i can reduce 3 other clients resolutions ? My native is 1680x1050, all clients are in fullscreen windowed.

What indication are you seeing that makes you believe your CPU should be able to handle this? Because everything you're saying is pointing to evidence that your CPU can't handle running 4 clients of D3 @ 1680x1050 at the same time.

My first recommendation, as fatrabbit mentioned, is to try other CPU strategies, but you said you did try others with no change. My next recommendations would be to either turn down your video settings (which you already did) or lower the resolution on all of your clients.

Why not switch it up to something less resource intensive like this?

In order to have 1:1 mouse broadcasting the resolutions need to be the same. If you want to lower the resolutions of your slave windows then you can disable instant swapping in your Window Layout and change your Repeater Profile to 'Scaled to Fit'. Inner Space will try to get you as close to 1:1 as possible, but there is no guarantee.

Right now i make slave account to display in 1280x800 (fullscreen), main is 1680x1050 (fullscreen windowed) and work good, basically i needed only to change SCALE TO FIT, btw. is any difference when i choose from uper left cornet or from center ?

Yes, it's the location of your main window that Inner Space uses to calculate its "scaling" from. For D3, you're probably best off scaling from the center.
