4 x Barb High MP specs?

I've had quite good success with running 4 x throw barbs on MP0 and MP1, and can handle up to MP4, at that point weapon throw just seems to be to low DPS - however, I'd like to upgrade my barbs and eventually be able to farm as high MP as possible on 4 x barbarian - hopefully MP10.

I'm thinking about looking into a rend/bloodlust - HOTA/rulling thunder - sprint/RLTW - Battle Rage/into the fray - wrath/insanity build, topped off with ground stomp/threatening shout/war cry on/IP w. mob rule spread on the 4 barbs.

Any of you have experience / suggestions for HIGH MP farming on 4 x barbs?

I've also though of looking into 1 x barb 3 x whatever, since my "main" is a barb, and I want to play him 100 % of the time, don't really care about the 3 other chars, its just usually most convenient to run the same class, else it quickly becomes a pain.
