Can't get my second account into a game

like the title says lol i load up both accs get one into the game but then when i quick join my second acc it lags out completly (frozen screen) it does get to the joining screen like the diablo load screen but then after few mins says unable to join game anyone knowmy problem would reaallly appreciate the help thanks
