Item drops given to other charactes

i got 2 accounts playing diablo 3, and i am trying to give drops from one character to the other, i try the trade window and it keeps saying other person is busy,,, so i just drop the loot on the ground but the other characters screen is not showing the itms on the ground.

I have no idea what is going on.... im a first time user and could use some help

Im assuming you digitaly purchased your account recently. Your diablo account payment needs to be verified before you can use certain features like trading/ friends list/ public games/ AH
