Spell cleave setup?

Hi guys. Im currently researching dungeon spell cleave for my 5-man team. I have seen a few youtube vids on the topic but nothing from a multiboxers perspective. Do you have any tips for how to optimize security and effectiveness doing spell cleave on a multiboxer?
