So far we have one person reporting a freezing on switching windows issue when using the current releases. Until we get a load more reports coming in (unlikely as we would have had them days ago), we have to go with the most obvious choice at this time, that it is your computer and the software on it. If you can't see the logic in this thinking, then by all means, please blame the system that is not working for one person.

We have nothing to go on at this point to issue a code fix for this specific issue, because we have nobody else that can replicate it for us to investigate further. The diagnostic shows a couple of potentials, but you've said removing them didn't fix it. If we happen to get more reports of the same issue, we'll say so. We are interested in finding and fixing bugs, but at this time, this doesn't look like one of ours.

I've provided a few options you can take to see if it can be narrowed down, including reinstalling InnerSpace/ISBoxer, because it's not unknown for something to go a little askew and you end up with an incomplete update, so one or more files are not patched correctly. There are certainly plenty of other options to look at too, but I don't have any further answers for you.

If it was my computer, I'd be at the point of tearing it down the software/OS to the basics, get it working, and then move on from there.

Hi, I seem to have similar issues on my computer.
I was testing on my old computer with the same graphics card and it worked very well, but I decided to upgrade cpu and mainboard.
After starting the new computer, I did a clean install of win 10 and updated it, then I installed the newest NVIDIA drivers.
I have 4 monitors, but only use Ibox with 1 and 2.
The problem seems so occur when I am using swapping on 2 monitors, and having full screen mode on both screens.
After a few switches between them the picture freeze, but I can see, and hear that the computer working, just no picture. (Caps Lock can be used, and you hear action from the game client)
If I keep the nonactive windows on the secondary monitor small, it seems to work better.

Adding the diagnostic report and a cpu_z log of my computer. please advice.

Since yesterday I have done some some more testing and the problem might be connected to hard drives, did a switch to using a "normal" old fashion ide drive, and the problem seems to have stopped. I will do some more testing the coming days to see if I can confirm it.

Sounds rather odd. Presumably you had to reinstall or copy the game files? If a reinstall, corruption on the other drive could be a consideration?

If a reinstall took place, then my money is on the settings found in the config.wtf file, which wouldn't have carried over with a reinstall.
