Inner Space won't start WoW.exe

Hi,

I have a strange problem. Inner Space didn't start WoW, no mather what options I choose for the chars (client , launcher, direkt 11/12 etc). BUT, if i do the same for classic, Inner Space work fine. So my Problem is, i cant multibox in retail.
Do you guys have any soloutuion for me?

So I already mentioned shutting down the Citrix ICA client. I see it is still in the diagnostics.
Also, other things. NVidia Shadow Play, Xbox Gaming Bar/Overlay, Windows Game Mode.

Another thing is there will be virtual files for each character in the ..\World of Warcraft\_retail_\WTF folder. These are the Config-CHARNAME.wtf files. You can try deleting these and relaunching the set (they will be recreated as needed).
