Classic looting and ineract wiht target

is there something special we need to do with classic setup compared to retail?
Right now my interact with target simply just targets and does nothing.
So I cant seem to get toons to attempt to loot anything or try to talk to an npc to accept quests

The classic version of IWT (Interact with target) will not walk up to the npc/mob, just open/talk with a npc/mob thats close by

well after restarting seems to be working for me now.
not sure why yours isn't walking up to npcs

If Click-to-Move is enabled, it most certainly will.
