Opening macro with a delay

I've got a mage and a warlock. I would like to create a macro that casts pyroblast from the mage and soul fire from the worlock but coordinates them so the spells complete at the same time. It would be simple if I could just write a macro for the warlock like this
Code:
/wait 2 seconds
/cast soul fire
But I don't think the WoW macro system allows this behavior.

So is it possible to configure ISBoxer so that when I press a button it will press that button right away for the mage but there would be a 2 second delay before sending the button press to the warlock?

No.

In ISBoxer, any action that involve sending keystrokes to the game must be triggered by a keypress. While you could set delays on internal ISBoxer configuration, you would be required to press your hotkey at least twice for the keystrokes to be sent to the game at different times.
