Slave characters dismounting at vendors/quest givers

Recently three characters (out of 5) of one of my teams started dismounting as soon as they approach vendors/quest givers with IWT but only if they are slaves. Other characters on the same account work fine.

Here is what I already tried:
- did the keystrokes isboxer sends to the slaves as master but this does not make them dismount
- resetting the keybindings to default
- resetting the characters wtf-file
- disabling all plugins (all but isboxer and jamba)

Anyone got an idea?

Got one step closer: backspace is the key that makes those clients dismount. The keybinding for backspace is the same on all clients (ISBoxerMacro2:Leftbutton). I still dont know why those 3 clients are sensible to that key.

Have you enabled Attack on Assist in the wow interface settings? Backspace is used for ISBoxer's standard assist.
