Clients not Launching Properly

I'm new to ISBoxer, and am trying to get it to Launch the WoW Clients but it seems to only launch one then hang and not launch the 2nd.

To take it from the Start, I've run the Wizard to Create the Character set and exported it to IS. Right click to launch and it only launches one Client and will not remove the window frame, at this point it hangs.

Checking the IS console this is what I'm getting:

Code:
/====================================================
|
| 19:07:25 ISBoxer: Preparing to launch Character Set 'ShammyTwins'
| 19:07:25 ISBoxer: Settings imported from ISBoxerToolkit.GeneralSettings.XML
| 19:07:25 ISBoxer: Making sure Characters in Character Set 'ShammyTwins' are valid...
| 19:07:25 ISBoxer: Good!
| 19:07:25 ISBoxer: Launching Character Set 'ShammyTwins' ...
| 19:07:25 ISBoxer: Launching Slot 1 Character 'Shírva-Kilrogg'
Successfully executed '"D:\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe"'.
Script 'isboxer' already running
RunScript 'isboxer' failed
| 19:10:25 ISBoxer: Character from Set 'ShammyTwins' not fully launched after 3 minutes. Select again to continue launching additional slots.
| 19:10:25 ISBoxer: Instructions completed.

I've cleared the Toolkit profile several times and it keeps doing the same thing. Any Ideas?

Anyone having this issue with World of Warcraft usually just needs this link: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=774

Process in the link didn't work for me-have same issue in directx 9 mode also-which is why I tried the dev patch.
I'm going to email my isboxer info to Lax to see if he can find something.
My video card is only dx10 capable till I can upgrade-but that shouldn't stop the development patch from working should it?

Re: Clients not Launching Properly

DirectX11 can run on "downlevel" hardware. You can run DirectX11 on any Windows Vista or Windows 7 PC that has a video card that supports DirectX9.

If setting Inner Space to the dev build doesn't change anything, then the issue isn't from DirectX, it's something else entirely and it wouldn't be something your ISBoxer profile would show me. I need details on what the problem is that you're having.

Re: Clients not Launching Properly

Same as the OP.They will "time out" if I let them.
However-when I load up task manager it shows the "failed" IS session as loading anywhere from 15k to 17k ram being used then stalling .I can load the remaining window(s) of the 5 I load manually until they are successfully loaded (after ending process for whichever session(s) fails to load).
I used to have no problems when I purchased isboxer/Innerspace a couple months ago and am not sure what changed and when.
Ran on two machines for awhile (two accounts on one and 3 accounts on main machine till I did some upgrades then ran 5 accounts on main machine all loaded well- for awhile.
Running Win7 64 bit.

Re: Clients not Launching Properly

Okay. This issue is indeed different from the OP, although it may look the same in the IS Console. For the DirectX11 issue, the first window would actually fully launch but not be hooked by IS/ISBoxer and then ISBoxer wouldn't know to launch any new ones.

Your issue is most likely other software on the PC that is causing an infinite loop during the launch of the new process. Most commonly the software that would cause this is security and/or network related, for example NVIDIA Firewall software may cause this issue. Various products work differently from the others, so this isn't a "you can't run security software", it's just a small handful that cause problems.

I can usually determine which software is causing the problem by seeing a Hijack This! log. Grab it here: http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html. When you run it there's a big fat button selected by default that says scan and save a log. Click that, it takes 2 seconds and opens up some diagnostic info. Paste that to privatepaste.com and link me the paste URL, or alternatively send it to lax@lavishsoft.com if you prefer.

Re: Clients not Launching Properly

Yeah, it's probably ZoneAlarm. You can try uninstalling it (or shut it down and turn off ALL of the ZoneAlarm services under Windows Computer Management). There might be some option that you can disable to keep ZA running, but I would at least see if it's related to the issue

Re: Clients not Launching Properly

Well-I enabled "gaming mode" in Zonealarm and got first 4 of 5 to load the first time!
Ended process in session 5 at about 16.5k memory loaded in task manager then used character set to launch last session-worked first time, which I haven't been able to do in over a month-usually took more tries to get sessions all loaded.
Gonna play some WOW-thanks for help Lax!
I will try to uninstall Zonealarm tomorrow and install other antivirus/firewall software to see if things get better.
The strange thing is I've had Zonealarm installed since I loaded win7 64 bit on this new computer and things went well for couple of months.
I'll update here tomorrow or next day for general info in case anyone else has similar problems.

Edit:login servers for WOW are down-so I'm going to do my uninstall of Zonealarm now-will do new post here in awhile.
