Alt Key Usage with 1-10

So instead of sifting through millions of posts I thought id just ask. Is there a way to be able to send the Alt key modifier and have it replicated to the other wows i have running with the program?(without sending all keyboard commands)
As in right now, the default keys that are sent across to all of my running wow's are 1 through 10 i think
is it possible to also send the command Alt+1 or Alt +2 w/o sending all keyboard commands
