Unable to lauch my team with IsBoxer (Article 7410)
After the update to the battle net launcher that including streaming I was unable to lauch my accounts from the launcher with the following result:
http://US.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/versions:
The connection to the network data source did not respond within the expected amount of time. For help fixing this issue, please see: https://battle.net/support/article/7410
After several days of support from Blizzard we converged on the local machine configuration as the issue -- nothing to do with the network, local or internet. We wiped the Cache, Interface, and WTF sub folders and added the command line argument "-uid wow_engb" to the game launch. Now the launcher can successfully launch all accounts.
IsBoxer still has the issue though, and I suspect that it has an independent cache of the game configuration that was not cleared when the sub folders were wiped. If this is true, what is the best way to reset the IsBoxer config for WoW?. If it is not, does anyone have any idea as to how to remedy this situation.
Thanks
