Follow hotkey is not working

First, it was one character that was not being followed in a team of 3, while the other 2 would be followed.

Now, the follow hotkey is not working at all. Whenever I press it, one bag is opened briefly in the other 2 characters’ WoW instances, and nothing else happens. I don't know which files I need to attach, so just attaching my ISBoxer settings XML for now.

Someone please help me. The learning curve is frustrating enough already, and now without following working, I just can't multibox at all. I'm not in the battlegrounds, by the way.

Restarting the 3 WoW instances resolved the issue, but I'd really appreciate it if I know the cause of the problem, so I just plain avoid it happening again. Maybe there's a clash between keybindings/shortcuts created by ISBoxer/Jamba and the hotkeys created by me in ISBoxer and in-game keybindings; I'm not sure, but really want to know why it happened.
