One character is not being followed in a team

I'm getting really frustrated trying to get this team of 3 to have following functional for one of them. It works for 2, but not the 3rd. I did create the 3rd character after I've created the other two and their team, but I also tried creating that 3rd character and the team from scratch using the Wizard, and it still didn't work. They won't follow that 3rd character.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong here or what needs to be set up to ensure that a character is followed by others?

Please find attached the XML file of my settings.

Re: One character is not being followed in a team

The key combo ISBoxer presses for you to follow Slot 3 is Left Ctrl+F11. Slots 1 and 2 are Left and Right Shift+F11. This comes from the "/follow {FTL}" macro under the WoW Game Helper (set to F11, the default), plus the Slot ID ("FTL") Modifiers setting from each Slot in your Character Set (set to Left Shift, Right Shift, and Left Ctrl).

The WoW macro itself looks more or less like this:
Code:
/follow [nomod:alt,mod:lshift,nomod:ctrl]Mementio;[nomod:alt,mod:rshift,nomod:ctrl]Primental;[nomod:alt,nomod:shift,mod:lctrl]Daleeda

So #1 make sure the Character name is correct (I am sure it is), #2 try pressing the F11 combinations yourself (presumably it should work for Left and Right Shift, but not Left Ctrl+F11), and #3 try un-binding Ctrl+F11 in the in-game Key Bindings screen. If you can't find it, find something that is NOT set in the key bindings screen, set it to Ctrl+F11 and it will tell you what it replaced, then clear that out again. Ctrl+F11 should immediately begin working with this macro instead of whatever it was bound to in the game (which might come from some Addon, I've heard of something like this with Bartender).

That should pretty much do it

Re: One character is not being followed in a team

Thank you very much for helping me with this.

There's one thing I should mention, though: I set the follow hotkey in ISBoxer to W, and W works with the first 2 characters, Mementio and Primental; it's just not working with Daleeda. So how come W works with just 2 of them even though you're saying that the hotkey is Ctrl + F11?

And how can I change it from Ctrl+F11 to W??

Re: One character is not being followed in a team

You do not need the key ISBoxer assigns to the WoW Macro (which ISBoxer presses for you) to be the same as the ISBoxer Hotkey (which you press). I would recommend leaving the WoW Macro assigned to F11, even though you are pressing W for your Hotkey.

To answer the question though .. in the top left pane under Game Helpers, select World of Warcraft. This is where ISBoxer keeps WoW Macro collections. Under Quick Start 41, there is "/follow {FTL}". This defaults to F11. There is no reason to change it to W, and doing so may cause other problems (e.g. with key bindings set to shift+W or ctrl+W). The fix to make it work for Daleeda is, again, to go into the in-game Key Bindings screen in the other two windows (the ones that won't do the following) and clear out Ctrl+F11.
