How exactly do you heal in a 5 man group ?

I use ISBoxer since nearly 3 years now and im really pleased.
At the moment im leveling a group via Instances. Pala-tank, hunter +2 priests as dps and one more priest as healer.
I "play" the Pala-tank and the dps have each a big gnomesequencer-macro. Works all ok.
The healer has 4 healing-spell-makros like this:
#showtooltip Flash Heal
/cast [target=targettarget] Flash Heal
So who ever has the agro is healed. I use that 4 spell-makros in a round-robin. So when i push the 4 the first time all others attack and healer pushes heal spell 1, second push he casts heal spell 2 and so on...
The good thing about this techniqe is that healing works fully automatic. The bad thing is that it is not enough heal. Exspecially in hero-instances.
So whats the most efficient way of healing in such a group ?
