You need to make sure that the variable keystrokes table is configured correctly....
This is covered in several places.

Although for WOW (blizzard retail version anyway), it would probably be easier, if you selected the WOW Macro ISBoxer Addon option.

This would normally be selected for you by default if you chose World of Warcraft as the game to setup at the start of the Quick Setup Wizard.
Finally, if you are using the WOW ISBoxer Addon (you would know because you would have had to load this in WOW), then chances are you have logged the wrong character into each slot!, which the ISBoxer Addon will report in the chat window when you load that character.

Re: How to set master?
thanks im playing on Private wow server that runs 3.3.5 with 175 latency is that an issue or just the keybindings? All my charachters on the list are labeled followers so they just all kind of run away from eachother instead of follow...i followed the guide did the same idno what is up and can't even see which is the master if any. Is the use charachter targeting macro instead isboxer addon compatiable with private server such as primalwow?. this could be why this isboxer doesn't work right with private server instead of retail or?
Re: How to set master?
I'm using the Is there a button i can press option since the use targeting marco doesn't work for me. How am i supposed to find out if i hit f2 f3 f4 who it targets in game when i can't log in game first and see during wizard setup?. been at this 4 hours gotten nowhere they still wont follow they all go a different way i have no idea who the master is i think they are all set as follower. Is there any way i can link a debug log or something. i did everything https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvsGXzfi3xU in his guide but it doesn't do any of that. Since im using the press option do i have to set interact with target /follow / assist alt F alt A in the in game wow keybindings setup as well?. when i hit control alt contrl shift I it only invites one of my toons not the other 3 do i have to individually invite them all in the same order as the slots like krush, krusha, krushb, krushc, krushd in the party frames as well or?.

Re: How to set master?
Normally, you load your team in the game, whether via InnerSpace or separately (although I recommend via InnerSpace because it so much easier in the long run).
After you have created your character set....
Then when you have grouped up (invite/accept) in the order of grouping that you will always use for this group (because if you don't keep it consistent then this wont work), you pick a character, like slot 1, then you press F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, and note which characters they select. Then goto ISBoxer, select Character Sets -> Your Character Set in the top left, then select a slot number (like Slot 1 if you have noted those first) in the lower left, then select the variable keystrokes tab on the right.
In the table that is then shown, you need to set the value you have discovered.
i.e.
For the Character in Slot 1 to Target the Character in Slot 1, they press... F1 (probably because F1 is usually select self)
For the Character in Slot 1 to Target the Character in Slot 2, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
For the Character in Slot 1 to Target the Character in Slot 3, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
For the Character in Slot 1 to Target the Character in Slot 4, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
For the Character in Slot 1 to Target the Character in Slot 5, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
Then in game, select the character in slot 2, press F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 and note down which characters they select. Then in ISBoxer, select slot 2, and the variable keystrokes tab on the right.
In the table that is then shown, you need to set the value you have discovered.
i.e.
For the Character in Slot 2 to Target the Character in Slot 1, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)

For the Character in Slot 2 to Target the Character in Slot 3, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
For the Character in Slot 2 to Target the Character in Slot 4, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
For the Character in Slot 2 to Target the Character in Slot 5, they press... Fx? (whatever you noted down)
.... and keep repeating for all characters..
When done, Export to InnerSpace, and test it out... (and no you do not need to close ISBoxer, InnerSpace, or shut down your team for this to take effect it should reload immediately).
If you do all this, and you still have issues.
1. Make sure broadcasting is not enabled.
2. In the top left select Variable Keystrokes, in the lower left select Follow Target, and in the right, make sure that the Default Key Combination is the same as your in game bind for Follow (and hopefully this is the same key for all characters).
Also, the CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+I thing usually runs a macro in the ISBoxer Addon. As that is not being used, then it probably wont work. If you want an invite setup, then you will need to configure one manually.

Re: How to set master?
Lets make some assumptions.
In your ISBoxer configuration you have a Character Set
In that character set, you have some slots with characters assigned to each slot.
You have a character in Slot 1. Lets call them Krush.
You have a character in Slot 2. Lets call them Krusha.
You have a character in Slot 3. Lets call them Krushb.
You have a character in Slot 4. Lets call them Krushc.
You have a character in Slot 5. Lets call them Krushd.
Lets say you have grouped up and with Krush as the active in game character you have pressed F1 to F5 and worked out the following.
For Krush to Target Krush, they press... F1
For Krush to Target Krusha, they press... F2
For Krush to Target Krushb, they press... F3
For Krush to Target Krushc, they press... F4
For Krush to Target Krushd, they press... F5
So. in ISBoxer, if you select your character set, then Slots -> 1 (because in my assumptions above, Krush is in Slot 1) in the lower left pane, and then in the Variable Keystrokes tab and then input the info as above, but replace the names I wrote with the Slot number that the respective character is in. So taking my assumed assignments as above.
We have the Character in Slot 1 selected, which effectively says "For the Character in Slot 1 to...",
or "For Krush to target the character in Slot X..."
Target Slot 1 is now F1
Target Slot 2 is now F2
Target Slot 3 is now F3
Target Slot 4 is now F4
Target Slot 5 is now F5
Lets do it again for Slot 2
In game, with Krusha as the active character, you have pressed F1 to F5 and worked out the following..
For Krusha to Target Krush, they press... F2
For Krusha to Target Krusha, they press... F1
For Krusha to Target Krushb, they press... F3
For Krusha to Target Krushc, they press... F4
For Krusha to Target Krushd, they press... F5
In ISBoxer, if you select your character set, then Slots -> 2 (because in my assumptions above, Krusha is in Slot 2) in the lower left pane, and then in the Variable Keystrokes tab and then input the info as above, but replace the names I wrote with the Slot number that the respective character is in. For Krushb to Target Krush, they press... F2
For Krushb to Target Krusha, they press... F3
For Krushb to Target Krushb, they press... F1
For Krushb to Target Krushc, they press... F4
For Krushb to Target Krushd, they press... F5
In ISBoxer, if you select your character set, then Slots -> 3 (because in my assumptions above, Krushb is in Slot 3) in the lower left pane, and then in the Variable Keystrokes tab and then input the info as above, but replace the names I wrote with the Slot number that the respective character is in. Target Slot 4 is now F4
Target Slot 5 is now F5
and so on.............
Not sure what you mean here. You need to work out which key in game that each character needs to press in order to target the other characters, and then translate that to the variable keystrokes. When you are actually multiboxing, you wont be pressing these same keys, you will be using other hotkeys such as ALT+F for follow or ALT+A for Assist. You can even change these hotkeys to something completely different.
They don't follow when you are broadcasting, they are moving on their own. They should follow when you press the follow hotkey (default ALT+F), but only if the variable keystrokes are configured correctly, and you have invited/accepted your group with the same leader and in the same order EVERY TIME you group up.
If you want a Group Jump. Use the Mapped Key Wizard to create a Key Re-map. Use a hotkey like CTRL+SPACE, have that send a Key Combination of SPACE (jump) to Window: All w/ Current. Tick the HOLD option too (this is needed for movement type stuff).
You should read this..FAQ#Why do my toons move in different directions. There are also a couple of links from that faq, but this one is important to read: Gameplay as a multiboxer
