Does anything in particular happen when you try to get A to follow B?, like perhaps A's Bag's Open

Other than that share your profile so we can make sure there is nothing hinky in it

not 100% sure, but i THINK (not home to check) i did get "invalid target" or something when A tried to follow B... i know i use "F" which in WoW is for assist but i thought i cleared those bindings.

This implies that the character name you have for B is not correct.
In the ISBoxer config for WOW, you press the F hotkey, this then runs a WOW macro in the ISBoxer Addon ( you can see this under Key Maps -> Non-Combat -> Follow Me -> Steps -> 1)
This WOW macro (under Game Helpers -> World of Warcraft -> Macro Sets -> Quick Setup 41 -> /follow {FTL}) is configured to work on the F11 key (plus modifiers SHFT/ALT/CTRL). As in you press F, and ISBoxer will send F11 + MOD to the game to trigger the macro. If you have another keybind on F11+MOD then it may be triggering that instead of the macro.
Another thing, you can look at the preview, and select your Priests character set you will be able to see the content of the macro. It grabs the character names from the character names in ISBoxer, so of those names are wrong then they will be wrong in the macro, and then when the macro fires, it will be wrong... probably resulting in "invalid target"

Makes no difference. If ISBoxer is told to trap the F key (which it has because you are using it as the hotkey to trigger the Follow macro), then it will not reach the game.

BUT
You also have two Follow Me mapped keys. One in Key Maps -> Always On and another in Key Maps -> Non-Combat. The one in Always On calls the one in Non-Combat.
There is nothing too wrong with this EXCEPT that they both have a hotkey set, and it is the same hotkey (F), which means that when you hit the F key, it does Follow Me twice. This could be causing a problem. I would delete the Follow Me mapped key in the Always On key map.

p.s. You also have some other mapped keys in the Always On key map, which look like they should really be in the Combat key map. There is nothing wrong with using the key maps as you like, but the ones in Always On are not disabled when you toggle the Disable key maps option because the Always On key map is.... Always On. This is because it holds things that need to be available even when key maps are disabled, like the mapped key that re-enables key maps. You normally put your combat/non-combat mapped keys in the appropriate group so when you disable key maps you get access to the keys that are used for hotkeys. Anything in Always On should usually have a "modifiered" hotkey that you don't normally need to access, otherwise you may find typing in chat or password boxes tricky.

does this mean i should not have a keybind for F11 in WoW? Cause i'm pretty sure i do.

Also noticed, now that i'm home. Is B can invite A via ALT SHIFT I, but not vice versa.

Yes, that is exactly what this means. You should not use F11 + any mods for an in game bind.
You can change the bind used for the ISBoxer Follow {FTL} macro if you choose to. ISBoxer uses F11 because it is not part of the default binds used in WOW.

And this is pointing to the ISBoxer Addon is probably not enabled on A. Which would also explain why the Follow doesn't work too.
