Multibox wont login

Hi guy's i started trial of isBoxer , and wanted to try if i can multibox , i used the quicksetup and what turnd out.
I cant log all on the same time but when 1 char is logged in 0,4 sec before the other one it wil disconnect and i did evrything right at the quicksetup , and it's not my pc not the software eather because i think its awsome , anyone know what this problem is ?

Just to be sure, you have one account per character.
You cannot log in two characters on the same account, at the same time.

If that's not the case, check the Slots.
Be sure that each Slot is a different account.
I had this issue, where I had the wrong account in a slot.
So when I logged in a toon on one slot, it booted another toon (who was on the same account) but loaded into another slot.
