need help droping from DX11 to DX9

I cant change from DX11 to DX9. Changes made in game or manualy to the wtf files dont take effect after game client is restarted. Trying to follow directions to in accordance with MiRai's anti aliasing video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlRTZWKxw-s


this is what I've tried so far.

1) login/system/advanced changing graphics API to DirectX9 in dropdown menu. hit apply. hit ok. close program. restart program. check work. still in dx11. =/
2) manualy modifying character.wtf file located at /program files/world of warcraft/wtf
replacing
SET gxApi "D3D11"
with
SET gxApi "D3D9"

I'm guessing that you PROBABLY have that overridden using a command-line parameter to the game, which would be part of your Game Profile selected by ISBoxer. When Inner Space auto-detects WoW, it adds game profiles for both DirectX 11 and DirectX 9. The easiest way to switch, if you have these, is to go into the top left pane in ISBoxer under Characters, select each one you want to change, and select the different Game Profile.


If you don't already have those, you can adjust your existing Game Profile (follow above link for details) to use -d3d11 or -d3d9 parameters.
