Wow Username Not showing

Hello, Ive been using Isboxer for a while now and havent had this issue before. Basically when I launched a character set for wow some of the clients open and resize like normal but in the username box my battle.net email does not appear. I have tried remaking each Isboxer profile and to no avail. Everytime I remake the profiles, its the same 3 accounts that are messing up. Any insight?

ISBoxer can detect and auto-fill the WoW account name, but not your Battle.Net e-mail. You can enter it during the Quick Setup Wizard when you're setting up your Characters.

If it IS configured in ISBoxer (select your Characters in the top left pane and it's in an account name box in the bottom right), then the other things to check:
1. the Config.WTF Virtual File must be assigned to your Character
2. "Save account name" must be checked at the login screen..

Forgot to hit remember account name so it works now, thank you
